Once you've
1) identified a weakness or something to strengthen,
how do you go about it?
2) Find a path
3) Identify progression and repetition
4) Keep assessing - if it goes well eventually go back to #1, if it doesn't try another #2.
So how to #2 find a path? Some ideas:
* Work backwards from how you got there already - how did that happen on your strong side? Any lessons learned? "Good" shortcuts? How can the strong side help the weak side?
* What would be abbreviated and or simplified movements?
* What are similar movements? See Karate Kid painting the fence, polishing the car :)
* Any tools that may get you there?
* What are you doing day-to-day that can be modified towards a goal?
* How did others do it? Anyone around to ask? Maybe different folks who went different routes?
* ...
If your current path doesn't work and you go back to #2 to try something else, maybe come back to that first path later to give it another go...
