Find what's not good enough, that then needs repetition and assessment. Maybe try variations. Extremes. Feel free to experiment. Maybe it helps when no one's watching.
Repetition best practices to make that effective: working with balls, against the wall, in a way that you don't spend much time on other things than the actual exercises.
Assessment options: self-awareness, mirror(ing surfaces), video, targets, comparing to pros, feedback from others, ...
Look for and celebrate breakthroughs - anything you couldn't do before you started?
Pause or stop when you get tired or something starts hurting.
